An auditable orchestration kernel for coding agents
Coordinates coding-agent CLIs (Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Antigravity, Hermes) across discrete roles: orchestrator, plan critic, implementer, reviewer, and arbiter. Enforces hermetic test suites, Git worktrees, explicit quality verdicts, and human escalation before merge.
Remote continuation of live terminal sessions
A bidirectional relay carrying live Mac terminal sessions (iTerm2 natively over Protobuf, tmux) and coding-agent panes (Herdr) to iOS and Android, end-to-end encrypted through a self-hostable Cloudflare Worker. Input travels back the same way, so you keep typing into the session and keep working away from the machine; a push when a command finishes or an agent needs a decision only tells you when to look.
App-store presence, version-controlled with the app
A cross-AI agent skill and extension (Claude plugin, Kiro, Gemini extension) that inspects a mobile repository, executes the app with Maestro and Playwright, captures store-compliant screenshots, and generates Fastlane-validated App Store and Google Play metadata.
Native EPUB infrastructure for Expo and React Native
A typed Swift, Kotlin, and TypeScript bridge to the official Readium toolkits, covering publication lifecycle, navigation, progress, typography, selection, highlights, search, accessibility, and diagnostics.

A drag-and-drop web application that processes raw monthly reporting workbooks into 58+ personalized chapter feedback emails and a national executive summary. Features multi-stage data sanitization with Google Gemini API for anomaly detection, cross-metric reconciliation, and idempotent delivery. Built for a national non-profit.
Member income-declaration portal for a national non-profit
Replaces a paper-and-spreadsheet annual filing process for thousands of members. Member-facing submission form with email-token e-signing, role-scoped review queues, batch PDF/Excel reporting, and templated mass-email on AWS SES. Solo-led since mid-2025.
Voice-driven multilingual search with speech-to-text and vector matching
Captures spoken Arabic recitation, runs speech-to-text via OpenAI Whisper and Google Chirp, and maps spoken input to matching passages through phonetic transliteration and semantic vector search.
Batch-prepared reporting and review centre for national departments
A production Google Apps Script reporting application featuring bounded batch draft preparation, real-time review queues, source version freshness verification, role-based access gates, and automated email dispatch with audit logging.
Lead Android engineer on a five-year native reader
Native Android reader and recitation player with pre-populated SQLite for offline access, a Media3 playback session shared across phone, notification, Bluetooth and Android Auto, and custom multilingual typography. Two shipping Play Store variants from one codebase.

Public site and private client portal from one Cloudflare Worker. Nightly patrol reports with photo and video evidence; every media view is watermarked with the viewer’s name and logged. D1 for relational data, R2 with no public URLs, cron triggers, transactional email.

Brand and marketing site for a property manager
Public site built from the client’s navy, gold and ivory identity, with an animated stewardship hero, available-rentals listings rendered from the portal’s public API, and one sign-in entry shared by owners, tenants, applicants, vendors and staff.

Full visual identity plus production site for a payroll governance and compliance practice serving clients in English and French. Self-hosted fonts, colour tokens, a light/dark mode that remembers the visitor’s choice, and a documented brand system.

Eight-page site for a Red Seal plumbing company that publishes its full residential rate card and diagnostic visit fee, which none of seventeen regional competitors did. The request form writes leads to D1 with best-effort email, behind an admin surface for enquiries, technician roster, and an appointment calendar with confirmations and calendar invitations.
